When you get in touch with us, we ask you to provide us with personal data so we could contact you to schedule a conversation. We understand the importance of privacy and we thank you for trusting us with this valuable information. We’re committed to keeping that trust. That starts with helping you understand what we do with your personal data, during and after the conversation. Therefore this statement applies to all former, current and future contact moments.
What information do we collect?
We collect personal data, meaning any information that tells us something about you or that can be linked to you as a person. We collect the information as stated below:
- Name (First Name and Last Name), E-mail, Company
- Any information the participant mentions in the column message, that could be related to an individual.
How do we collect your personal data?
We collect your personal data because you provide them to us by filling in the details on the Contact Us page. We only collect the data the individual wrote in the fields and we can only collect the data if you checked the box to agree with the privacy statement.
Why do we process your personal data?
We only process personal data to enable our Sales, Marketing and Management Team to contact you. We may use your data for the purposes as listed below:
- To schedule meetings for consulting related conversations.
- To inform individuals about upcoming events, webinars and best practices
- To contact individuals for consulting related activities.
Do we share your personal data with other companies outside Bre3ze?
For the reasons listed above Bre3ze may share your personal information with, between or amongst it offices. Your personal data may also be shared to third party service providers that have a contract with Bre3ze. We may also share with third parties if we have obtained your consent or due to a legal obligation; in response to a court order or request form a government body.
How long do we keep your personal data?
If you send us your data, we maintain the individual’s data for a maximum of one year. After one year the individual will receive a mail to opt-out and if not opted-out, their data will be kept in the system.
How do we secure your personal data?
Your data is secured within our Management Systems. Only our Sales, Marketing and Management Team (and system admins) have access to the environment your data is stored, but only our Sales, Marketing and Management Team are allowed to contact the individuals.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

It is your responsibility to provide us accurate information that is not misleading in any way. What data we collect
Information you provide in your CV/resume, cover letter, and application form, such as name, contact details, work experience, education, skills, and any other information you choose to share with us.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely to evaluate your application and manage the recruitment process for the position(s) you applied for (and, if you consent, for future suitable openings).
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, where applicable, your explicit consent for retention beyond the current recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Is providing your data mandatory?
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, it is necessary for us to evaluate your application; without it, we are unable to consider you for the position.
Retention period
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. The retention period therefore depends on the purpose of collection: it will generally correspond to the duration of the recruitment process for the position you applied for, or, where we process your data based on your consent, until that consent is withdrawn.
Where we process your data based on your consent, we will delete your personal data upon withdrawal of consent, unless another legal basis for processing exists, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorized Bre3ze personnel involved in the recruitment process (HR and hiring management). We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
International data transfers
Your personal data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union/European Economic Area. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, in the recruitment process. All hiring decisions involve human review.

Koje podatke prikupljamo
Podatke koje nam dostavite u životopisu (CV-u), motivacijskom pismu i prijavnom obrascu, poput imena, kontakt podataka, radnog iskustva, obrazovanja, vještina i drugih podataka koje odlučite podijeliti s nama.
Svrha obrade
Vaši podaci obrađuju se isključivo radi procjene Vaše prijave i provedbe postupka zapošljavanja za radno mjesto na koje ste se prijavili (te, uz Vašu privolu, za buduće odgovarajuće pozicije).
Pravna osnova
Obrada se temelji na Vašoj privoli i na poduzimanju radnji na Vaš zahtjev prije sklapanja ugovora (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (b) GDPR-a), te, gdje je primjenjivo, na Vašoj izričitoj privoli za čuvanje podataka nakon završetka trenutnog postupka zapošljavanja (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (a) GDPR-a).
Je li davanje podataka obavezno?
Davanje Vaših osobnih podataka je dobrovoljno. Međutim, ono je nužno kako bismo mogli procijeniti Vašu prijavu; bez tih podataka nismo u mogućnosti razmotriti Vašu kandidaturu.
Razdoblje čuvanja
Vaše osobne podatke čuvamo onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno radi ispunjenja svrhe za koju se obrađuju. Razdoblje čuvanja osobnih podataka ovisi o svrsi prikupljanja pa će ono biti određeno vremenom trajanja procesa zapošljavanja za radno mjesto za koje ste se prijavili, odnosno do povlačenja privole, ako Vaše osobne podatke obrađujemo na temelju Vaše privole.
Ako Vaše osobne podatke obrađujemo na temelju privole, u slučaju povlačenja privole izvršit ćemo brisanje Vaših osobnih podataka, osim ako ne postoji druga pravna osnova za obradu ili ako je obrada Vaših osobnih podataka nužna radi postavljanja, ostvarivanja ili obrane pravnih zahtjeva.
Vaša prava
Imate pravo na pristup, ispravak, brisanje ili ograničenje obrade svojih podataka, pravo na prigovor na obradu te pravo na povlačenje privole u bilo kojem trenutku, bez utjecaja na zakonitost obrade izvršene prije povlačenja. Također imate pravo podnijeti pritužbu Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP).
Primatelji podataka
Vašim podacima pristup imaju isključivo ovlašteni djelatnici Bre3zea uključeni u postupak zapošljavanja (HR i menadžment zadužen za zapošljavanje). Vaše podatke ne dijelimo s trećim stranama, osim kada je to zakonom propisano.
Međunarodni prijenos podataka
Vaši osobni podaci pohranjuju se i obrađuju isključivo unutar Europske unije / Europskog gospodarskog prostora. Ne prenosimo Vaše podatke izvan EU/EGP-a.
Automatizirano donošenje odluka
Ne koristimo automatizirano donošenje odluka, uključujući profiliranje, u postupku zapošljavanja. Sve odluke o zapošljavanju uključuju ljudsku prosudbu.
